Bi-Rail Linear Modules screw drive
Bi-Rail Linear Modules are the right solution in case of heavy loads, high moments and high speed. Two linear guides and four sliding blocks mounted laterally in a closed profile. They are suited both as a Z-axis and as a heavy load-bearing structure in portals. Depending on necessary loads and working cycles, a wide choice of transmissions, linear guides, protections and options, the right configuration is calculated for any specific application.
Series M (070 – 090 – 130 – 160)
The Bi-Rail Linear Screw Modules – M are produced in series: 070-090-130-160.
The series identifies the width of the profile (X)
Drive (V – V – H)
Driven is by rolled or ground ballscrews (V), long pitch screws (V) or high-load recirculating ball spindles (H).
Sliding (P – L – R)
The same basic structure has various types of sliding systems: linear guides (P), linear guides and long sliding blocks (L), roller guides (R).
Materials (A)
Bi-Rail Linear Modules are produced in anodized extruded aluminum (A).
Stroke (50 – 3700 mm)
Bi-Rail Linear Tables strokes start from 100mm up to 3700mm.
Cover (S – X)
Bi-Rail Liner Modules are supplied standard with a bellows cover (S) or without cover (X).
Options
There are many options available and possible customizations. Additional holes, lubrication system, limit switches, direct or indirect motor mount, locking systems.
