Series TV (100 – 150 – 200 – 250 – 300 – 400)
The Electromechanical Linear Tables -TV are produced in series:100-150-200-250-300-400.
The series identifies the width of the profile (X)
Drive
The same Linear Table Series can mount different types of screws (V). Based on the loads and work cycles, we supply rolled or ground ball screws, satellite roller screws, long pitch screws, round thread screws and trapezoidal screws. For the same screw diameter, there can be different pitches, which allows finding the right solution for each type of application.
Sliding (P – H – R)
The same basic structure has various types of sliding systems: TVP with linear guides, TVH with heavy load linear guides, TVR with roller guides. This allows completely different load values on the same structure.
Materials (A – C)
Linear Tables are standard produced in extruded and anodized aluminum (A). On request, the same series are manufactured in steel (C).
Stroke (50 – 2600 mm)
Linear Tables strokes start from 50mm up to 2600mm.
Cover (S – M – X)
Linear Tables are supplied standard with a bellows cover (S). On request, it is possible to have the same Series with metal cover (M) or bellows with stainless steel slats on it (X). For applications in the welding sector it is also possible to mount fireproof bellows.
Options
There are many options available and possible customizations. Additional holes, lubrication system, limit switches, locking systems, direct or indirect motor mount, safety systems with rack in case of vertical mounting, linear or optical reading systems.
