Micro Linear Tables
LVP “Small” Linear Tables are with screw transmission produced in aluminum or stainless steel. Assembled by choosing various types of linear guides, protections and options, they are specially suited for micro handling.
Series LV (50 – 75 – 100)
The Micro Linear Tables – LV are produced in series: 50-75-100.
The series identifies the width of the profile (X)
Drive
The same LVP-Linear Table Series can mount different types of screws (V). Based on the loads and work cycles, we supply rolled or ground ball screws, long pitch screws, round thread screws and trapezoidal screws. For the same screw diameter, there can be different pitches, which allows finding the right solution for each type of application.
Sliding (P – V – X – Z)
Four different guiding systems are available: LVP with miniature ball guides and three versions with prismatic guides: LVV with sliding guides; LVX with cross roller guides, LVZ with ball sliding guides
Materials (A – X)
LVP Linear Tables are standard produced in anodized aluminum (A). On request, the same series are manufactured in stainless steel (X).
Stroke (10 – 600 mm)
Linear Tables strokes start from 10 mm up to 600 mm.
Cover (S – M)
Linear Tables are supplied standard with a bellows cover (S). On request, it is possible to have the same Series with metal cover (M).
Options
There are many options available and possible customizations. Additional holes, direct or indirect motor mount, lubrication system, limit switches, locking systems.
