Project Description
Rollvis Swiss
ROLLVIS satellite roller screws are used to transform rotary movements into linear movements and vice versa. The bearing elements are threaded rollers between the screw and the nut. The high number of points of contact enables satellite roller screws to support very heavy loads.
The ROLLVIS manufacturing program comprises satellite roller screws without roller recycling (types RV and BRV) and with roller recycling (type RVR), in a range of accuracy classes.
The ROLLVIS range also includes other types such as the reverse roller screw (type RVI) and the differential screw (type RVD).

The RV satellite roller screws are a system in which the rollers do not re-circulate. Ideal for high speeds and accelerations.

The RVR satellite roller screws are roller recirculation and have a very fine pitch starting from 0.25mm. They are used for precision movements with short strokes.

The operating principle of the RVI reverse roller screws is that the nut is fixed while the screw moving is.

The HRV roller screws are designed for very high loads applications or when extended life is required. Nuts are longer.

RVD roller screws are manufactured in extremely fine pitch of 0.02mm or 0.05mm.
QUALITY AND FLEXIBILITY – underline our success
Design quality, to guarantee flexibility and modularity of the various products. Production quality with continuous control of machined parts. Top quality material, using precious alloys, regardless whether from full complements or extrusion. Mechanical processing quality, allowing only for very tight tolerances. Assembling quality, measuring and testing of single product. Top selection of all additional components
